I can't seem to login to this garage.. does it need a seperate username/password? Can't really add anything if you can't login!

The garage has not been updated. Nobody can login to it, except people who had a 'garage' before TR was updated a few years ago

The garage has not been updated, for now you can only browse, this isn't exactly inside knowledge . It says it at the top of the page in the garage.
