Any more issues of this happening? I am going to be running a short shaft, 12x7 fatty (rounded), 140/60/12 tire, and one shock. I will be running a square steel tubing along the cvt cover and attach it to the last hole on the back. At the front, I will attach it to the mojo mounts with a bushing so it will swivel with the motor. Anyone else done this? I saw a few on our last ride where it had been done before.
Also, has there been any cases of the short shaft coming out while riding and no second arm? I put it in the other day, and the whole thing is held in place by a "c" clip!!?? Doesn't seem like much holding it in...? My friend says it's fine-he says Chevy axles are held in place with the same thing! Is this true?
