Well got an 09' flat gray/black ruck IDK a month and a half ago. Took forever to convince my wife to let me get it finally did with the promise I wont mess with it (she gets a little pissy about my hobbies ..mostly my car).............that lasted for about 30 seconds.

Took off the mirrors even before i was off the dealer lot took off more crap (the rear beard thing below the rear light, rear fender) then after about 48 hours had some race face bars on, a seat I hacked and lowered and then i was calm for a week.

well after about a month got an ATR extension, daytona shock, variator, jets, air filter, rucksters footbrace--then I decided i needed paint.




FWD to today--cold shitty out wife and daughter are gone--what to do? Lay down some olive green paint with flake, thats whats to do.





since it is cold out (actually its snowing) the paint is taking forever to cure (i also think my activator was kinda old) I wont have pics of it together for a day or two.
As it turns out my promises arent worth shit and I cant leave anything alone
I did live up to one promise though to ride it...alot already have about 850 miles on it since i got it


this next week have a few other goodies to add to it, gotta custom fab a mini fatty for it, and then see what kinda trouble i can get into in the snow

yeah for sure, i am vowing to leave it alone now (Ie after I get the things i bought for it on). I need car parts lol. Once i hit about 5K in mileage out will come the 49cc thing and in with something a tinge bigger

what brand paint did you use and whats the colorcode? i have been looking to do my ruck a similar color..

I just NASON paint, its basically a cheap dupont brand. The green is called rescue green, its from the new jeeps. The rainbow flake is house of color. The color is alot lighter than i had thought, if i were to do it over again, i would have it tinted a shade or two darker.
