My setup: updated! ENGINE Motor mods: DPR qench welded and singh groove head, 13.2:1 compression, Chanito piston, WPC treatment of bore, piston, rings, piston pin, cam, valve springs, rockers and rocker shafts, ceramic coating of piston, combustion chamber, valve faces and exhaust port, lightened rockers, retainers, and valves. Lightened Flyhweel: JCR Flywheel HO Cam: BSS cam PC/JC20 Carb (yes/no):Sheng Wei Bowls PC20 kit (I like this because of the heat isolator) Brand of (carb keihin / sheng wey):Sheng Wei main jet:82 slow jet:50 needle setting:Richest low postion Which filter on carb: Big K&N shrouded Exhaust:JDM Yoshimura
Transmission Variator: Polini WPC anti friction treated Roller weights and brand:Dr Pulley 4.5 gram Clutch springs (blue or pink):Dr Pulley HiT clutch with no pillow lock up spring for maximum lock up and black 14 kg stall springs, Yamaha Jog conta pulley and torque driver, Malossi red contra spring and torsion controller. Clutch engauges hard at 7000 rpm, flashes to 9000, then falls to around 8800 and pulls hard. Gear Kit: Kitaco All gears WPC anti friction treated
Other cdi:Posh 10500 limit hitting rev limit (yes / no): No, 10,300 rpm tops with current setup but probably will at over 57 mph under the right conditions
Wheel Rear Wheel size: Dio Alloy stock size 120 Rear Tire size:Dio Alloy stock size 130 PSI: 35 Tire Brand: Bopper
Environment Factor Elevation:Close to sea level Temperature at time of test: 70's Weight:210 lbs with gear on Top Speed Flats (no wind):58.5 pegged on the rev limiter Top Speed downhill (no wind): 58.5 pegged on the rev limiter
I think this is the fastest of the stock honda engines. It feels really good!

I think that's what it's called.... plug and play, totally worth it hitting rev limit (yes / no): don't think so (hard to tell with stock exhaust) WheelRear Wheel size: stock Rear Tire size: stock PSI: dunno Tire Brand: stock Environment FactorElevation: sea level Temperature at time of test: 71 F Weight: 172lbs Top Speed Flats (no wind): ~50mph (no exact gps verification, although the one time I used my gps I got it to 48, and I've tunned it since and it feels much faster now) Top Speed downhill (no wind): no hills (louisiana) Will be changing the variator setup soon (got some weights coming in the mail soon), so I'll update as soon as I've tested out different weight combo's
