Post subject: Temp sensor for dummy light?
PostPosted: Wed Aug 10, 2016 10:21 am
I installed a Koso gauge (https://www.denniskirk.com/koso-north-a ... 409940.sku) on my gy6-swapped Ruck. It has a warning light in it which currently has nothing connected to it. I'd like to connect it to a temp sensor so that it lights up if the engine is getting too hot.

Does any sort of standalone sensor like this exist? I don't need a fancy setup with display or anything like that. Just something basic that can measure temperature, and turn on a light if the temp is higher than the desired temperature. I could probably build one, but was looking for something that was out-of-the-box ready and/or motorcycle-friendly.
