Over the past couple days i've been trying to get this harness all setup (major noob) (thanks c-town!) but now when i fire it up it does the follow

Starts fairly easily
Exhaust smokes allot (not abnormal for the mixture i have in it atm)
exhaust pops allot
after about 15 seconds the bike shuts off..

I first tryed a zuma 50 pipe but the way its made it wont fit so i tryed my jog clone exhaust witch went on but there was a air leak so i put a gasket (from either the jog or the ruckus (not sure LOL) on and now its doing this...

Could it be blocked exhaust from the gasket or perhaps even the bike?

One piece frame is welded together, going to finish building the bike and then it all comes apart for body filler and sent off to powder coat!

Also got a box from scoot-tuning today, stage 6 cnc'd throttle set :D so sexy

JB weld perhaps? EDIT: from what i've read JB weld is practically the only solution for a filler and to still get powder coat.

i wouldn't even try to troubleshoot with your bike in this condition. put it all together with the right parts, leak down test, and then try it out. report back.

Since i last posted that i did do a better setup. Narrowed it down to something with the coil or wire harness. The engine just floods itself badly when i try to run it. I got a new coil today but i havent the time to put the bike back together to test it yet.

cool deal. i was thinking it would be more of a carb issue.

I do know the carb is not remotely tuned LOL but i was getting a spark 1/6 tries when i checked for spark (with the old plug and a new one) so i'm assuming that's the major issue.
