Got me a camo 2006 a while back and have been loving it. It was pretty beat up when I got it, but that's perfect for this old hillbilly. I've done a few of the cheap and free mods and plan on keeping it on the cheap and fairly stock side. I love what some of you guys are doing with yours, but not all of that's for me. I have some Renthals and a triple tree clamp that I'm gonna cut up for a stem, but other than that... maybe a frame extension... and I'll probably be done... for a while...
So far, I have done alot of maintainance to it, to get the most out of it... fuel filter, oil change, coolant, plug, Briggs&Stratton air filter and cleaned the carb (nasty ass skank). I ended up getting a used carb off Ebay cuz mine still wasn't quite right.
Then I started cutting stuff and relocating stuff and trading moonshine for stuff to add to it. So now I have new grips and a little under-seat bag, shortened signals, relocated horn and a punk point rear fender. Also bought some JDM pegs, an Aero80 rear shock and a buddy seat for the wife and other lucky riders.
Then I picked up a Polini variator from "guzlndzl" (thanks dude). I wanted to give the Slick Speed a try, but I missed it and couldn't wait. Got a new top speed of 43, with the Polini, on a slight downhill, but shortly after, my fuel pump started going out hard. So while waiting for the pump to come, I fabbed some mounts and installed a hand-me-down BMW windshield. Now I'm hitting mid to upper 40s on the flats and topping out at 50.6 on downhills! (so far)
Fuckin' STOKED!!!
I know it ain't much, but here's some pics of the old Hellbending Ruck.

Few new mods.
Shaved the tail light.
Relocated PCV.
Put an integrated LED under the main frame.
Put Independant truck bushings in both my rear shocks to prevent bottoming out on said tail light and decided to go back to the stock shock cuz it hit less than the Aero's.
Cut up my seat frame.
