Announcement


1. You cannot nominate your own bike.
2. To nominate a bike you need to provide a link to the member's ride page or a link to the thread that contains an adventure or story worthy of being the TR Ride of the Month. You need to explain why you think they should be the TR Ride of the Month.
3. Nominations can be submitted in the official thread until the 7th, at which point Spoon gets to select up to 10 bikes for the vote which will end on the 14th with a winner!
4. A bike cannot be nominated two months in a row and the winning bike cannot be nominated again for 12 months.

Winner gets bragging rights, a TR Ride of the Month title and their bike on the front page.

Mega-buck, custom built Ruckuses and Metros, constructed totally by guys in the custom bike business are beautiful :shock: and deserve all the votes at a custom show... but I'm really feeling the love for the OWNER-built and maintained rides with homemade ingenuitity and innovations. I know many use mostly bolt-on parts (mine included), but at least the Ruckster who disassembled, busted the knuckles, adapted the fit, and waxed the final product :clap: :clap: :clap: deserves extra credit in my vote over the dude who hires the bike built by a shop... Just sayin'. Don't hate me for my opinion... :lol:

I believe you do NOT NEED TO nominate your girls bike for 1 reason. ITS NOT COMPLETE. Maybe after you Fix the Rear wheel issue then it will be worthy.

Very well said,I completely agree.Anyone can pay someone to build them something but when you actually get your hands dirty its a better sense of accomplishment in the end.
