Almost. I go in to the shop tomorrow early to have use of my work tools, a rack, and a nice Hunter alignment machine. The coil-overs will go on in less than hour, more time to align. I'm a little bit concerned as to how to control the camber in the rear, but I'll figure it out.

Once they are on, I'll feel better about posting some pics. WAY too much fender gap right now. 5.5 damn inches. I hope that my decision to buy forester specific units as opposed to Impreza units doesn't prohibit me from going as low as I want. (2003-2007 foresters share chassies with Impreza, i.e., WRX stuff.

I WILL say, however, that Greyduck does some fucking amazing work!!! I need to send him a bunch of stuff once I figure out how to sell an organ or two. I can NEVERhave enough carbon on my wheeled vehicles. But you all know this.. :D

Btw... a dead ruckus forum is still more active than a Subaru Forester forum. Hahahahaha!

I enjoy watching the progress on both fronts, I've said it many times for many years..I'd buy a Subaru if I were buying a new car. :highfive:

I still check in a couple of times a day. Haven't been posting much because my Ruck is running the best it ever has, so I'm not doing much tuning. I'm regularly hitting 46-47 mph, and that's with a GPS, so with stock speedo it'd be around 50+. Always watching for new parts and tuning tips. My financial situation is circling down the shitter, so mainly interested in DIY-type stuff. Always to me, performance > cosmetics, there's no one in my area who would really appreciate a tricked-out Ruckus anyway. :meh: I did get a chance to ride with a local GY6 ruckus, I think I impressed him!

So, I've been a little busy with the Forester lately. Her's some pics to show you my side hobby.

Here's my new suspension set up.

I am really impressed with the fact that they are completely rebuildable if something goes wrong, and also the quality of workmanship. The welds are amazing. I was also pleasantly surprised that my camber wasn't more out of whack. I may even ADD the tiniest amount of negative to the front

Here she is the day I got her.

And after the console wrap.

Ok, well here's how she sits now. Sure would love to see how much you like it, hate it, or are just "meh" about it.

I spent this morning re-booting my axles, because it was a little too low, and the struts were rubbing into the outer boots. It took longer to clean up all the grease everywhere than it took to do the repair. I also raised it by 3/4 of an inch in front to avoid the same scenario.

I'm sure glad I have the tools, knowledge, and access to a rack. I would hate to pay someone to work on any of my vehicles. Lesson learned though, hahah!
