I figured out why it wasn't started, and it's pretty simple and I feel super stupid for not realizing it, I thought all this time it was getting fuel but never really deeply checked it, and found it it wasn't, put some starting fluid in the carb and it fired right up, so I bought a new fuel pump and check valve and i'm waiting for my battery to charge to try and get it fire up on its own

its been super warm the past couple of days, so i put some time into the ruckus, got it running finally, but now having issues with it leaking out the side of the carb, figured its needle or float related, so i'm planning on either replacing both, or seeing if maybe the needle isn't seating properly
