:chow: With full mock-up working out well,it was time for powder coat.
ImageImage

Dis-assembled front forks to powder coat the outer tubes, got the idea to coat the inner tubes at the same time.My GasGas Trials bike/most MX bikes have carbon coated fork tubes these days.
Wanted to add a little extra touch.....
Image

Called a few different fork company's around the US,not many were willing to risk fucking up the tubes......
Carbon Raptor /I.H.C. out of North Carolina...Denver N.C....LOL....took the job.Ground out the inset in one of the tubes, coated tubes to perfection.Thank you Carbon Raptor!I.H.C.!
http://www.extremeion.com/index.html

During the wait for all that.....I figured I would get the seat work done, found a local interior shop, and got the seats worked on.Bought this fabric off of Ebay, came front Kyoto Japan.
Vintage seat material, not really meant for this application so it's mostly for show. Also did a all suede seat for riding. :chow: :charge:

:wanker: :usa: :killa: This is a good time to talk about my ignition cover.Although I wanted to show off my MVT Allumage, internal rotor,Digital Direct Badass, but when it came to me it was scratched like a motherfucker, needed to cover it.The only cover I could find was this one made by easyboost.
Image
Needless to say my bike is sweet and this cover is not!.....Radioactive?...
I used it as a template and hand cut one from Dragonplate CF.Image Much better!

You can get one from Germany.... http://www.maxiscoot.com
Item # EB019
:killa: Word to the wise...when ordering from the EU...shipping/exchange rates will kill you! Make a big order, throw in a part like this to beat it! If you don't....this $25 cover costs $45 to ship! :headbashing: :pissed:
And of course try to find it here in the states first.....tough with some parts...like this one due to the model not being US ie AEROX.Even though it fits all Horizontal Minarelli....Zuma,SR50 etc :chow:
Hope that helps Homes :banger: :highfive:

It fits. I have one. But two of the three holes didn't quite line up I had to drill them out a bit. I have a sliver of metal holding it on one spot. I like the idea of making my own. I'm going to do that

You have the European motor cases right? I think that's why yours fit and mine was slightly off.

I want to try to come down to Colorado once it gets nicer out. It would be fun to do some RT ruckus riding!
