Start the bike, let it GET warm and rev it up a few times. If there are bubbles in the system they will bubble up and out....

Bike looks great, I hope you can iron out the issues soon.

How do you know when a bike is in limp mode and how do you burp the radiator? Two things I've been wondering for a while.

Limp mode is like seven mph Max and caps revs at like four thousand rpm or something.

Mine ended up being the ecu somehow? Swapped ecu and it seems fine. Rehooked up old, over heating again. Think maybe it's just a matter of resetting the old? Not sure. Either way I'm up and running for now as of tonight.

Check the slide for scratches could be getting caught on a bur from when the carb was polished it's not a strong spring

I need to inspect it much closer. It's been the same carb for... a year now? and never had issues until recent.

mannnn every day it's something. Right now, it acts like the blue starter relay isn't fully plugged in....

BUT the kicker... i turn the key and the lights go on? but nothing else does. No clicking, no electric start, nothing. Just lights.

STRANGE.

My trailtech light stopped lighting up. The speedo works, however, the light does not come on... Maybe the battery for the trail tech specifically?

OR it may all be related to the fact that sometimes i turn the key and just the lights come on? ...ugh i donno but IDC it's running well and it starts most times electric and all the time kick.

Same thing happened to mine. I blew the .500 amp fuse. there was a short in the fuse holder... after i switched the fuse i used more electrical tape on the fuse holder and fixed it.

This must be what's going on. Seems to make sense. I donno, I just haven't even looked at it yet because it kick starts fine/electric starts most of the time... and I have a puppy lol.

I've stopped caring as long as things are MOSTLY working
