Yes it is the ATR, but it was too small for the new tire so I sold it.

So PRAY FOR MOJO from Mojo Customs stopped by and saw what I was up to and said he might have a full rear loop.
Score time saver from Mojo!
Image

Time for more grinding, and this is all that is left of the original rear frame.
Image

Time for more mock-up.

Notice the better than welding electrical tape.

Also I got my 6" rim.
Image
Already beveled the edges of the spokes now I need to do the same to the front.
Image

Also trimmed/rounded the bottom of the frame extension
Image
Welded and smoothed out.

Next I need to prep for the wire tuck and make caps for the frame extensions.

So when I got my new rim from freejack5555 it came with a little bevel on one side. I liked the way the bevel look, but the bevel was on the disc brake/CVT side so no one would see it. I decided to add the bevel to the other side and make it a little more pronounced. I set my drill press to the fastest setting and chucked it with a 45 degree router bit. Set the height and started cutting away.

Here is a closeup of the front rim without the bevel:

And here is a closeup of the rear rim with the bevel:

So, I would really like to lose my square front cross bar and go with a round one like yours...

What kind of bar do I need to acquire to do that? I imagine the same outer and inner diameters, but any special king of steel? Is this something I could get at Home Depot or do I need to go to a metal shop?

Thanks in advance!
