Another update(no pics till it's done):

Wiring probably getting finished up this week

Seat is fixed and has the rear brake light/turn signals installed on it

Rpro handlebars finally came in and are installed, probably will be modified next week

Forks are modified and probably will be installed today

Found nice hidden spot for fuel pump

Couple more things going to powdercoat

GSG-NOCO guys are paying excellent attention to detail. :highfive:

Good to see the parts on the scooter and not on the shelves anymore...it's almost done!

Get my info from the guys or on here when you want some proper pix of this final assembly...we will make sure it's documented correctly.

Looks interesting. Like the seat frame too. I would cut down the bars a bit.

Well yes. A 90cc jog clone is a clone of a 90cc jog engine witch is basically a over bored 49cc jog engine. Thats just a minerelli short case :D very very similar to a zuma engine. Just different tranny size and obviously with the 90cc its got a big bore and upgraded crank.

Jogs produce far more off the line torque then a zuma and have far more power all around actually. It always stumped me why zuma engines are more popular then the jog when a jog with a unlocked CDI box can hit 45-50mph stock...

and to answer your question as to people do zuma over clone jog,

shortcase=faster sure, but smaller wheel=less wheel choices

I doubt my aerox wheel would fit on a shortcase jog lol

My Zuma (when it was still 100% Zuma) would do 45-50 completely stock. :meh:

What makes you think its a big bore or upgraded crank? Its just a chinese engine and those are the parts it comes with. If it came with one crank, and then you put a better one in, THEN its upgraded. And if it comes out of the box as a 90cc, its not a big bore, its a 90cc.

Uh huh... I believe you on that one...

I said in comparison to a 49cc jog its pretty much the same engine with a big bore and upgraded crank. Meaning you can buy a 49cc jog and retrofit it with the 90cc parts...
