Started to cut up the harness but first i marked all the cables with a labelmaker.
Image

Messy at first
Image

Cut everything to the right lengt, then started to solder everything back together.
Image
Image

All the cable that was removed
Image

Still looks messy now, but its manageable and the right lengt so I don´t have a lot of spare cable cluttering up the look.
Image

All the connectors that go to all the stuff on the handlebar, blinkers and stuff is channeled in the middle to the front. I will make new cables going from the front down to the connectors, but that won´t happen until the handlebar and everything is ready.
Image

Everything is taped up now and ready for sleeving. I have black split braided sleeving from techflex.

Ørjan.

Its just sleeving that is cut along the whole length, so you can put it on after the wires are done.

Got the tires mounted today!! Looks great!

Looks great! But that stock rear shock needs something prettier.

Looks sweet! I wish I could have done that with my harness for my Met-ruck but I didn't get a long enough stretch :/

Did you use the met harness? this is the Zoomer harness.

It has been a while since last update. Have been busy studying and doing other stuff. Like painting Sylthod´s bike and exhibiting our bikes at Norways bigges motorcycle trade fair.

Got this 2015 wider front fender that works with the Zoomer triple tree. It actually fits like a glove. I will have to make 2 brackets for attaching it, but not a big problem.
Image

Upside down tracker bars. I changed later to a similar but shorter version. Which I also cut down the length on. It looks so wide in the pic.
Image
Image

Bar end mirror mod to fit on the stock controls.
Image
Image

Found a spot for the motion alarm
Image

Made a template for some setbacks to hold pegs. They are going to be plasma cut in 5mm stainless.
Image

Wrapped the headlight with some Lamin-x to make it darker. It was a pain to do since its so convex.
Image
Image

Removing scratches from the Met plastics. Its quite easy actually.
Image

Made a support for the rear of the floorboard and underside plastics. Since I don´t use all the Met plastics it hangs a bit at end. So I was a bit inspired by how racing cars fasten their body panels for easy removal.
Image

Started to complete the electronics box. Started to make the angle bracing.
Image
Image
Image

Then I mocked everything up. The long bolts will not stay. Its just to mock up and see that everything comes together. You can see on the top that I have used pop nuts so that the top cover can be removed easily to get to the electronics.
Image

Last pic from the exhibition.
