Little background:

A buddy of mine got me into the ruckus scene by letting me test ride his ruck, and man I was hooked after that session. I then started searching around the area for some rucks. And came across a pretty sweet deal from a local FL rucker.

Of course before I picked up the ruckus I did my research and had a vision for the bike.

Goal: Mugen RR; both form and function. Prob one of my favorite cars. I don't know why, but it stands out to me. Maybe because it was a limited release and I know I'll never be able to own one. So why not build one close to it?

Latest Pictures (Will update as I go)

Don't mind the battery box and handle bars; Got new stuff coming in!

Here's how I picked her up.

2012 5600 miles
Ncy cdi
Polini variator
Ncy tank cover
Password bars/stem/pegs
Exhaust/intake jetted etc
Lowered seat/headlights
9" stretch

After enjoying a few weeks or riding. I had the urge to understand the bike more, so I took it apart. While I had the bike apart I decided to start painting the frames (Milano Red).

Don't mind the mess lol

First time rattle canning. Doesn't look too bad!

How she sat after putting the bike together.

Next, I wanted to go lower and a new exhaust. So I picked up a set of RRGS lowdown + composimo springs + CF Yoshimura exhaust.

I think my tires were flat, header was sitting way too low lol Could be the stretch too. :meh:

I rattled can the whole bike actually. Wasn't too bad. Only downside is I didn't lay enough coats.

I think when I took the pic above. My tires were both flat. Replaced them and the header is definitely a lot higher now. Won't have to worry about scraping.

Update: 5/7/2016

Finally was able to install my mini club bars! Wasn't able to install before because the original owner had the PWJDM stem but for 1" bars, and the mini club bars are 7/8". I test rode the ruck just to feel how different the mini club bars are compared to PWJDM bar. I definitely like the mini club bars way more just because it feels my arms aren't always straight while riding. Some say the mini clubs are a bit too small, but I'm a fairly small guy so it fits my riding style.

PWJDM stem 1" (Switched to a PWJDM stem for 7/8" bars)

Picked up a disk brake set up w/ levers only thing I'm missing are brake lines.

Mugen is a word of Japanese origin, meaning dream, fantasy (夢幻), or infinite (無)

I'll leave it up to you to decide!

Update:

Got some more parts in.

Hey man! You got the original RRGS springs left after you installed the composimo lowering kit?
