Had some extra cash this week in my paycheck. So I got some parts coming from TRS and DrowSports. Updates to come.

My TRS parts came in. Got some replacement Dr. Pulley 5g Sliders and a Polini Blue Contra Clutch Spring. Wife decided to hold off on her parts upgrades till this winter because she was concerned about not being able to ride. Told her the parts we were replacing take 30 minutes tops to put back to OEM, but she still wanted to wait. Guess that means more parts for mine. Hoping with this new stiffer blue contra spring my belt won't skip as fast at WOT, might have to look at different clutch pad springs at some point as well. Not GETting this installed till this weekend, unfortunately this week is way to busy and I am still waiting on parts from DrowSports. More updates to come soon.

Got my parts in from TRS and DrowSports on Saturday. With some help I got the blue Polini torque spring installed. Check my sliders and they are still good so I will save that set. Got an FLP front frame cover which will help with my future wire tuck. The weather was too cold to keep Marilyn running so I couldn't test, and from the weather reports we are GETting 12 inches over the next two days. So more updates to come.

Small update on my wife's Metropolitan:

Today I pulled apart the CVT on my wife's scooter to see the differences between hers and mine. I ordered a set of parts from DrowSports for her scooter. I ordered her a Malossi MHR Multivar 2000 Variator, K&N Air Filter, 6g Dr. Pulley Sliders, and a Gates Power Link Drive Belt. More updates to come.

Small update on the Metropolitan, which is now 80% complete. So all my wife's parts came in for her scooter from DrowSports. Got her Dr. Pulley 6g Sliders, Malossi Variator, and a K&N Filter. The belt I ordered for her's doesn't fit the 2013+ Metropolitans, so DrowSports refunded that money. Gotta say always great customer service from DrowSports. They did the research and let me know before the products shipped that the belt wouldn't fit and let me know. All the parts were installed and waiting to be tested by my wife. I drove it around our house a few times to make sure everything works, but won't know if there is a difference till we go for a ride. Will say if feels like it pulls more off the line. More updates to come. Only took a picture of the parts since it is all hidden no change to the look of the Metropolitan.
