Sounds good! I wouldn't mind helping you out. I'm considering either removing them or going with shorter blocks so I'll let you know if something happens.

Decided to put my Malossi variator in with 6.5g (I think?) roller weights. Didn't bother taking pictures since most people know the process.

Got a battery coming from a fellow TR member that's a bit beefier. Let's hope that works!

so today I did a thing.

Image

Next steps will be to transfer everything to the NI triple tree. I'm not sure if I want to install the RRGS forks right now or later, seeing as I have the lowering spring kit for them. I think I might install them and see if I like the height before the springs are put in.

Just got finished doing the front end mods for the most part. It was simpler than i expected!

Image

Triple tree installed. I didn't show it but I rattlecanned it a nice grey color, which will be on parts throughout the build

Image

aaaaand here it is with the RRGS forks!

Image

Sorry the picture is so blurry, but you can tell that the triple tree pushes out the front wheel quite a bit.

Image

She sits pretty low. Right now, she's sitting on my kickstand that would normally cause it to lean, but she's sitting upright.

Still not sure if I'm going to put the lowering springs in or not. Pretty sure with them and the cowl I'll be #scrapelife.
