hopefully im done now

got in the neon green powder today and went crazy painting bolts and nuts

whats cool is the led lights I have on the bike the purple color I can select is close to black light color
so the green glows
its not glow in the dark, just glows under the purple color light

thanks
cvt was easy
just cut a big hole and die grind out clean

and the slots was just a drill and dremmel

was thinking sandblasting piece of lexan gluing behind the slots
and add led strips inside the cvt somewhere
will make a nice even window of color shining out

of course you can go crazy making nice lines all over
but I figured my luck I would break a piece so I stopped

I have never read that being light on a 50cc scooter is anything bad
its always better to be light

im not light, and the carb has much more power
especially on the hills
but I have to keep in mind im still using stock exhaust so cant expect wonders to happen

im going to try zuma clutch springs next but so far its a good mod that shows performance unlike so many others out there that dont really do much

Wasn't really like a bad thing more of a not worth the money cause I wouldn't see any difference. But I guess the only real way to find out is to GET one. With your stretch you are able to run the cable with out having to cut the seat bucket?

yeah no cutting

the throttle line clears the seat storage by at least an inch maybe
actually looking at the picture its pretty close
I think I need to check how it is when I sit on the bike
but I had no problems with it

and long enough too
no binding and I ran it pretty wild
wasnt trying to get the most out of it

but I did have to install new fuel line, even with the stretch I was using the stock line but it was really tight
this carb the line is on the other side so I had purchased some clear blue last week for this install

this was the cheapest clear/colored line I could find and came in 2 days with amazon prime too
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002ZTGLFC/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
perfect size 3/16
and have a couple feet left over

I

When I first started looking into this carb I saw the under seat storage bin cut for the line and I don't want to do that. Probably going to look into this after I finish my mini fatty and stuff up... I need another job just for my met lol

and maybe pasword jdm 6 inch cant say for sure

or no stretch at all

I watched the suspension move
its strange it looks like the carb moves down when I sit on the bike
which is good no chance of it ever hitting
maybe the carb is after the pivot point of the engine so it does move down
I thought it would move up

had let it sit for a couple of hours
might of been like 70f outside
started and idles pretty rough for a few min
tried the choke but couldnt get any better, idling
wish it had an enricher instead of the choke
those always seem to force them to idle faster to warm up faster then a choke blocking off the air

rode just fine no missing or whatever

guess im just used to the auto choke kicking on when it needed it

still can reach the choke lever easily
real test tomorrow when its been sitting over night

morning start bike takes a while to get started
even fiddling with the choke
luckily I can work the lever no body panels were in the way

once it gets running its super low idle around 1100 rpm
takes a good 5 min until idle goes faster

you could just hold the throttle a little higher by hand to speed up the warmup
but I wanted to see if it would run that low, it does

after 5 min warmup its fine

maybe next time I will start it and ride, see how it acts if it dies on the road

yeah new carb sucks when cold
I let it run long enough to gear up and drove off
any stop it would die

took a while maybe 1/2 mile until it was warm enough

so just have to let it idle for 5 min before riding when its cold

put on new kickstand today
like how its tucked up higher then my old one
