Picked up my first ruckus today. Only got to put about 20 miles on it, had to go to work. I have a lot of ideas about what to do to it. Super glad I bought one.

Good Luck! :beers:

Woohoo new Ruck. Be sure to do the day one maintenance like draining some of the oil and filling those tires up. There is a ton of great info here that will GET you going without ever bolting anything new on. Keep us up to date.

Done and done. I ordered some forward peg mounts and pegs from mnnthbx, a pal from work is going to help me put in a 9v USB charger, and I'm going to move the horn back inside the battery box. Planning on all of that this next week. The parts wait starts...

Got to ride a lot more today! :monkeyscoot

Parts should be here mid week, so here's a couple pics of this last time she'll be completely stock.

Got a couple of things in. Added some mnnthbx peg legs at work today, received the wrong color pegs, red ones should be in tomorrow. Even with the extensions, the pegs don't stick out as much as I would like, but still very happy with them. Nice to stretch my legs out.

I haven't done much since my last post. I've put on a yoshi pipe I bought from a pal for 30$.

After 3 months of riding with the Mnnthbx peg legs, I love them, but I've realized I'm probably too heavy for them (I weigh about 20 stone), or maybe I'm just heavy footed. I have to pull and bend them back every couple days. (No, I don't stand on them). I will be looking for stouter alternative soon. I'm still very happy.
