Picked up a 4 valve Zoomer head, cam and piston. I'll do some comparison measurements this weekend. It will need the fuel injector hole plugged and re-fit the thermostat for it to work.
Anyone have a Zoomer Service manual. I want to check the cam lobes.

You think a performance camshaft could work with that 4 valve head...?

Still playing around with the zoomer 4 valve head and use w/o the EFI. Turns out the zoomer piston is 37.975mm vs Ruck @ 37.777. Zoomer cylinder ID @ 38mm vs ruck @ 37.800mm. So a zoomer 4 valve piston wont fit in a ruck crankcase. Do I bore the ruck cylinder to fit the 4 valve piston or just run the 2 valve piston with the 4 valve head?

I have a cylinder (whole motor and swingarm) you're welcome to for a spare, just pick it up. The crank has bad threads where the variator would bolt on. If you feel obligated bring beer.

I think you would need to run the four valve head with the piston. Reason being, valve clearance. Don't want piston to kiss valves the first time you try and turn it over. Bike looks sic, by the way.

Weather finally turned in the Burgh. Put in a led and looks great. Pulled everything apart over winter and need to re-turn the PC.

Not as good as i thought. Idle was super rich at 10. I have to figure out how to rig it up while riding.
