METROPOLITAN GEAR INSTALL

Gears:
4. countershaft (13T)
5. counter gear (42T)
6. final gear (45T)
7. plastic side washer (14mm)
8. thrust washer (17mm)

Image

Hypoid Gear oil:
Valvoline High Performance SAE 80W-90

Gasket Sealant:
Permatex Ultra Black

Image

First gear is 13T

Image

Next is thrust washer, gear 45T, gear 42T then plastic side washer

Image

Rotate the final gear and make sure all gears are aligned and work properly

Lastly add your sealant then wait 24 hours before adding any gear oil

Yesterday I drained the oil then fully cleaned the engine with degreaser. Now I'm putting everything back together.

Started with the alternator.

Then the flywheel followed by a newly used radiator thanks to "Happypancake!"

Haven't gotten to that part of the bike yet, still trying to dial in the motor. I want it running perfect.

But you are correct, Ruckus tree

UPDATE

So I got the bike started but the carb's getting too much air flow now due to the airbox delete/K&N filters so it won't stay on. Carb needs to be rejetted for the new set up.

Odered jets from [ THE RUCK SHOP ], their customer service is tits :banger:

Also got this sucker in the mail, guess who's going MET-RUCK :kamiscoot
