Hello Everyone!
Welcome to my work in progress. I bought my '13 Ruckus new from a dealer in '14. Got a great deal because she was sitting in the corner collecting dust. Tax, title, license, helmet and gloves were all included in the deal!ImageImageFor just $2,900.00, you too could give a Ruckus a new home!Image

I like the black as it truly gives a blank canvas to start with. Do you have a plan for it? Don't forget to make a link to this thread and put it in your signature.

I spent months riding around stock, reading Total Ruckus, thinking about what direction I wanted to go in (Lord knows that there are some many options on where to take this little baby). I decided that I wanted speed, without sacrificing Honda's reliability. I also took alot of people's advice on here and did not mod until first appreciating stock, and I tried to only stick with one mod at a time. This philosophy has been beneficial in my learning experience throughout this process. Started at .7 miles.! I have logged some serious mileage around town looking like a goof riding stock.

There were very noticeable gains when I added the Two Brothers. The cost was high, but I feel that the sound and performance gains were worth it. Simple instructions and this was the first real engine mod that I have done (except cold air intake on my car...I had help though). It was worth it! :D

I had some trouble and frustration making the world's smallest air filter, but made it happen. Thanks TR guy's thread!

I spent the rest of the day with the family, but when the kids went to bed, Daddy went back to work!
NCY Coil install, very easy and straight forward with a little help from youtube. I did have to call the site I got it from and question about it's manufacture. The Yellow plug was not connected and I kinda freaked. Once I spoke with the helpful young man, he assured me that the item was not defected, but comes like that, and the user must screw the yellow plug on themselves. I still have not figured out why assembly is required, and probably never will.

NCY Cdi install, no troubles here, followed youtube guide

Every Ruckus needs to include the whole family! But safety first, eye protection is a must!

I have no idea what I'm doing, and neither does the boy!

or the dog!

didn't take too long to grind off the tabs

I suck at spray paint, so I used some acrylic and a brush instead. Took a couple of coats, but not bad. Definitely a diy job

no T, I'm from Kansas City, Missouri. I just live in Texas cause the Army says that I have to for now. I do like El Paso though, it's a large city with a small town feel. Everyone here is pretty laid back and chill.
