I got free this scooter and i think I want do it look like ruckus style. Chinese scooter value is not good in Finland so I try do all handmade and low budget.

It looked like this when I bought it.

I changed broken intake valve, but its not start and now I wait new piston rings that I ordered ebay. I changed 12" front wheel 10" so I can lowed fork about 5-7cm more. Currently it look like this.

And my plan is I do new seat, handlebar, exhaust pipe and prolong engine mounts. And maybe fatty wheel. Fix engine, fix plastic, do new electicity and paint.

I'm sorry my english skils I'm from Finland. :LR:

I prolong engine mounts and did handlebar adapter from the old bicycle adapter. Exhaust pipe hits now ground too easy it must put higher.

I made the seat frame. I think put orginal fuel tank behind the seat or I will make new and put it under the seat. Fatty wheel is coming as soon as I find it cheap. :highfive:

raise your engine angle
the front is way to low with no weight on it

going to ruin that exhaust header or worse

Yes, I think I raise engine angle and it must be moved to the side, because fatty wheel is coming. Now engine angle is pretty good when you sit on seat. And I maybe do new exhaust.

What they think is fuel tank better like this..?

Image

... or put it under the seat and do plastic like this?

Image

I bought new wheel it's 8x10. Will fit 130/90 tire on 8x10 wheel with short case?]
