I'm still tuning but run 52mph (flat-GPSx2) @ 8200rpm. I still have some room on my variator. Still tuning.

160. Yeah i know it's crazy but I've checked it a lot. Also trying to GET the RPMS up by dropping slider weights doesn't do much for top end. I just got a new Bando belt and going to try this weekend. It seems that the OEM belts want to run at higher RPMs. Hill bombing I hit 56 MPH @ ~ 9100 RPM then I bailed. Image

The Bando shifted the RPMs up a bit but nothing to note on top end and it didn't move up on the sharpie marks on the variator. I did notice a slower take off. Gates belt seems to work well for me. Here's the strange part. I've been running my sliders for a while so they were pretty well broken in. While farting around with the variator I dropped the sliders and lost one. Switched to a new set and RPMs went up significantly. Too cold in Pittsburgh to GET more tuning in, so see you in the spring. I'm swapping to a dio rear rim w/ the 120 tire for the spring. And still looking for that lost slider. NCY CDI. It's a Slipstream windscreen.

Cool I was just in Pittsburgh picking up my new tpc cayman turbo,

I just Installed my nyc CDI,I haven't tested it out yet. When I installed it, I used the Black & white wire from the kill switch for power. so everything works like factory.\

Also It's been awhile since I updated

I have no idea which belt I have either oem or gates

Best so far on stock cdi

49.2 Mph 9120rpm

40/75 jets,
100/90 rear tire
rubber hose intake (4-5 inch) w uni filter
BR exhaust ($79)w BS muffler
NR magic Vari w 5.5 Dr puller sliders.

I still have a ways to go on that vari! but I'm guessing I'm hitting the rev limit at 9120rpm? so I installed the nyc cdi today,
I give it a ride tomorrow, see if I can hit a higher top speed.

Been a while but I have a spare swing arm if you're still looking for one.

Swingarm bushing. From rear perspective I would shave the left side and add spacers to the right. Well that's what I did with the stretch :meh:
