The rads plastic too so no worries . :) The bowls frame was too small for our huge plates , so after staring at it for awhile , hey that looks the same size hole pattern so I lucked out . I made a brass screen insert to fit inside it and ran the screws thru it too . I like it ! :P

I cut and repositioned the tailight bracket and need to trim it up a bit more . Bonus was now I had a place to mount the Stebil compact horn . Image You can see I have to finish up the lowered seat bracket and paint it , also top up the coolant . I'd like to get some new stainless hex bolts to replace the stock ones .

Yeah I welded mine also and ground it smooth . It came out not too bad . I'm just afraid it will rust a bit tho . Thanks brahdahood :D I find it a bit loud when its WOT but I'm getting used to it . I like the way it looks . btw I had to weld it a bit angled away from the phat rear tire to clear .

Well first ride to work today with the fresh BB piston , BSS cam , PC20 , Metro gear , & NCY pipe . Its much better on the hills and I can fly on the straights , but I'm hitting the limiter , so this weekend I'm installing the new Kitaco cdi . No oil leaks ! and no overheating ! knock on wood :P

Well I redid the license plate placement (after getting a $170 ticket for unreadable plate) :( . Image I painted the lowered seat frame but I still have to smooth down the welds as you can see ...
Image I also wired up the rear frame led brake light and installed a flashing brake light in the stock brakelight , I'll have to get some vid of the setup with the new rear turn signal lights too . Thats all so far , I'm waiting for JC's solid manifold for the PC20 to replace my cracked rubber manifold , gonna do the valve shims soon , and fine tune the BB . This winter I'll get the flywheel shaved . Oh I'm planning to mount a set of folding passenger footrests from an Elite ( should look trick) to replace the center pegs .
