I'm in Cedar Park, Williamson County, just one light north from Travis County and Austin.

Austin is where I pick up my take out from.

Oh right on. I send a lot of street art to a local down there to get me up in the streets.

Do more of what you do.

We love it. Austin was the one place you could afford if you had no job back in the 90's.

But you can never go back, you can only try to make it the same.

Any of your stuff still up?

It's CNC aluminum...unsure about the 80%. I did a little research & it looks like a way to get around the law. Mine is being custom machined by a local arms shop (good friends with an owner) and there will be nothing for me to "finish" on it. He's a huge competition shooter and precision is his #1 concern. They are also helping me build/assemble it and find the right parts for it so I'm getting top quality & reliable parts. We're currently working out the anodizing color (dark red) then will move on to sourcing the remaining parts.

So, I guess the answer is 100% completed aluminum lower by Arion

yeah. its a way to get a partial lower in places where you can't buy a lower. They are made out of aluminum and are missing the holes the pins (trigger, release, etc) go through. When you buy them you can also buy a drill jig so you can drill the holes at home. They also don't have or require a serial number.

They are aluminum, I think, so it's easier to drill the holes. I've just wondered how well they work. Still interested in how the Aluminum does.

I don't know about the legality of it all... I live in Texas where you can (pretty much) buy a legal gun on every corner. Hell, you can buy a machine gun if you got the money and fill out the paperwork. Even if you can buy an 80% finished lower in a place like California, I'd like to see what happens when you took it, fully assembled, to the range. That's be a bad day at the range.

But, I survived :banger:

XXXmas is destroyed, I'm sure. Let her on the side of the road a crumpled mess. Got rear ended and sandwiched between two cars like a pinball. In ER now.

Wear your helmet, y'all. Easily just saved my life for the second time.

Oh man that's rough!!
Hope you're ok? Too bad about the bike.
I guess if your taking pictures in the back of an ambulance you cant be that bad..... :meh:

Every time I'm on a bike trip in the US the no helmet thing blows my mind. Keep that brain bucket on.
Last year (on Fathers Day) I watched my Dad get into an accident in Idaho. The car he was following decided to make a left turn at the last minute on a single lane road. He slammed into her at 55mph. The helmet saved his life too.
The EMS all thanked us at the scene for wearing helmets. The trooper said he see's at least 1 dead biker a week on that same stretch of road.

Speedy recovery :banger:

fuckin-a.

I hope you're ok. The bike... well fuck the bike, you can get another.

I hope you are ok.

I ride california style... split the lanes. The last place I want to be is in between two bumpers.

Man, tho... that's fucked up.

if they ask you how much pain you are in between 1-10 say at least an 8. I mean, if you're in there, you might as well enjoy your time.

a nurse told me that.
