[quote="Mike155cc"]whats happening is your stretch is twisting slightly

I got an easy fix for the wheel tilt

for my met stretch and my zuma 125 stretch I make small turnbuckles for each side of the stretch
I try to get the turnbuckle as close to the engine bolt as I can since thats where it can twist easier

I bet you could get away with one on the side you need it as they are expensive to make depending on the heim joint size can range from $12-20 each not to mention the left hand nuts and tap

so what you have is 2 heim joints on a threaded rod
one heim is left hand thread, one is right hand thread

connect one to the stretch and one to the frame

if your doing only one side put it on the side that needs to go up
then just twist it and it evenly expands to push the stretch and frame apart to level the wheel

of course depending on where your frame and stretch are your rod may need to be really long
or short and hopefully a straight shot up

and you can use an existing bolt on the stretch to mount the rod if you replace the bolt with something longer as the heim joints can be around 1/2 wide
or make your own hole in the stretch and you a bolt
as yours looks to be pretty thin wont be too hard to put a small hole in it

Image

you can also do just a solid piece of metal too
but you will need it cut exactly
so prepare to make 4-5 if your measurements arent right
since the height could change depending if the suspension settles when your installing it

I just like using the heim joints because its really easily adjustable to a point
just like when I changed the wheel to a fatty I had lean when I didnt before with the stock wheel

but all I did was adjust the rod a little on one side and that fixed it

thanks for the advice Mike :highfive: i´m going to try.

Looks good!

You need some red up front though... Maybe the caliper painted red? That would tie it all in!

There is enough room between the engine case and the ground, streets here in MĂ©xico city have a lot of potholes and haven't had any problems. :highfive:

hello just updating my build, i had solved the Wheel lean problem with adjustable turnbuckles but was a pita, was having lots of vibrations and due to that my gas tank cracked and was leaking gasoline :headbashing: , tired of the vibrations and Wheel leaning decided to go back to mini fatty and also put a matching front Wheel 8) , it handles and runs better without the stretch :banger:

Hi it's been a loooong time since my last update, sold my bws 100 :( a little bit more than a year ago and stayed away from scooters that time, but last week went to the Honda dealer and bought this little beauty a 2016 Honda Zoomer X :banger:

Btw sorry for the crappy phone pic. :meh:

Hi :highfive: , just updating my build, put a hurricane handlebar with foam grips, MGP exhaust with a custom made header, a 2400lm LED light and deleted the rear fender, also have an hurricane stretch kit but haven't installed yet.

Here are some pics :banger:

Are the wheels on a zoomer-x 12"s? Wonder if they fit the regular ruckus...
