Hello TR members my name is francisco from mexico city, i introduced myself in the zuma thread, but now i want to start a build thread about my yamaha bws 100 :banger: ,

Totally stock just koso mirrors

Then i bought the atr hub from SF and a mini fatty douglas 12x5 from jay@drowsports

Had to take the wheel to the machine shop and drill the center hole to fit the hub

Damn, I wish they sold the 100cc models in the US....nice ride! Only thing I'm scared of is the Keisler subframe.....will that bend? I always thought it looked a lil sketchy compared to a Hurricane kit... Just my 2 cents......

I don't think it will bend and as downsouthbws said i've read it is a great extension and even with a lil stretch looks great.

Here is a picture is not my scooter but it has the kiesler frame extension and i think looks sick :banger:

As you can see the rear tire touch the gas tank when sb sits on it :pissed: so i need to work on the relocation of the upper shock mount :meh:

i attached a pic to help you get an idea of what i did..all you need to do in figure the angle of the motor tack the mount double check then weld it up hope this helps...i will try to get a pic of mine and post it for ya..Good luck bike is looking good :highfive:
