Welcome to our TotalRuckusTEAM RUCKSTERS Photo Gallery. This thread will be showcasing rPRO SCOOTERS in their completed and operational stages. The latter being the key word, because we all know nothing is ever complete in this gAME. Moreover, by our standards, a non-operational build is as good as nothing.
Presentation will be of past & present builds, mainly the Honda Ruckus, but others as well. Our mission is to be prolific & as versatile as we can, and keep innovating new platforms for the RUCKUS in all its totality. No doubt, the Ruckus provides the perfect & ideal medium for novice bike builders, and since the conception of gAME oVER, we have tried our best to use it with impunity. This RAT ROD Custom Honda Ruckus 49cc started out as a weekend hobby and turned into what is now RUCKSTERS Customs. It features an rPRO paint job with custom flames on black, sporting the "original" gAME changing rPRO ONE-PIECE Frame, LINEX sprayed main frame & gas tank cover, custom chin bone, and Daytona 8-hole 12" wheels with white walls. This Honda Ruckus is loaded with JDM parts, and a hard twist of rPRO flavors. gAME oVER received a ton of attention everywhere it went, and it had the ability to captivate people's imagination without force. It is truly a timeless looking scooter. Overall build....turned out to be "legend" in some circles and is the foundation of our portfolio.
We have had fortunate success of positive feedback from the Ruckus community (aka http://www.totalruckus.com) for our work since the debut of gAME oVER in 2008. It gave us the opportunity to focus on building more custom bikes and essentially turning into a family business in 2009.
Our very first rPRO GY6 Custom Swap Kit. We were very much in the R&D stage at this point, and was still figuring out a whole lot of things. But with some help among the local community and great efforts, we managed to get this FATTY rolling on the streets of LOS ANGELES. This copper beast features a truly one-off BTX Custom Exhaust with BTX header. Also includes rPRO One-Piece Seat frame, rPRO paint job, rPRO engine & shock mounts, Mr. Shorty Carbon Fiber Chin Bone, Stage6 Carburetor, ATR hubs and dual disc brakes. Not to mention the Ostrich upholstery is OOBER sexy. Overall build....not bad for our first GY6 conversion kit. Cleaner than a brand new penny.

Custom front & rear hubs designed & fabricated by Jimmy of ATR. This 100% One-Off Metropolitan, known as War Machine M70.2S is featured in Kiri2Racing SP Gallery on the world wide web and is the only Metropolitan in this all exclusive Ruckus gallery so far. Overall build....super clean, 2T fast, and stealthy to the core.
The Bronze Bomber is more than just a scooter. Built for speed and looks, this monster rocks a 170cc GY6 Engine with hand ported head and Dr. Pulley racing clutch. It also features a custom shortened Yoshimura Cyclone exhaust pipe & BTX custom header pipe. PLUS, rPRO GY6 Custom Swap Kit, rPRO Matte Bronze paint job, rPRO "BOMBER" One-Piece seat frame, 10x7 rear wheel, JDM 10x2.75 solid dish front wheel, and custom ATR hubs. This all HONDA scooter rocks the Tokyo Parts X Bowls GOKUBUTO KIT. A very cool kit if you want a "Fatty Rear Tire" on a stock set up. We gave this project the royal rPRO treatment, added color and meticulous details to the mix. It features an rPRO paint job, ATR Carbon Fiber bling, Daytona front wheel with JDM suspension & disc brake kit. Not to mention it sports a big bore kit too. Overall build......"THAT SHIT IS GANGSTA!!!"
Award Winning one-off scooter commissioned by a client in Guam. It features the rPRO GY6 custom engine mount, rPRO "BOMBER" One-Piece frame, rPRO Triple Tree, rPRO Plug N' Play wire harness and rPRO paint job. Also includes a 10x7 rear wheel with matching JDM 10x2.75 solid front wheel, JDM front suspension system, ATR integrated rear disc hub and custom front hub. This bad boy won Best in Show and Grand Prize @ The Guam Auto Show not long after it landed on the island. Overall build...ROCK SOLID with super stretched wheel base and aggressively low stance.
This pure riding machine rolls on 12" Killer Scooter wheels with Heidenau K61 tires and Killer Scooter GY6 engine mount. It features the rPRO One-Piece frame, rPRO Mini Z-Bars, rPRO paint job and rPRO Plug N' Play wire harness. Also rocks a custom shortened Yoshimura Cyclone exhaust, BTX custom header, JDM Front Suspension/Disc Brake Kit with Brembo P32 caliper and Mikuni TM24 Carburetor for added speed. Overall build....this is a fast & very comfortable ride as intended to be.
A one of a kind scooter with super clean design and aggressively low stance, commissioned by a client in Utah. It features the rPRO "BOMBER" One-Piece frame, rPRO Triple Tree, rPRO custom mix paint job, rPRO Monster Drag Bars, rSPEC Wire Tuck, rPRO GY6 custom engine mounts, and hand cut "R" logos. Also features a 10Ă—7 rear wheel with INNOVA Racer 225 rear tire, JDM Front Suspension/Disc Brake Kit. Also integrated ATR rear disc hub, CNC Master Cylinders/Brake Levers, RRGS rear shock, Brembo P32 front caliper, and custom shortened Yoshimura Cyclone exhaust with BTX custom header pipe. This low rider sports a Rattler 110cc 2-Stroke engine, with rPRO custom engine mount, 12Ă—6 rear wheel with custom drum hub, for a super low stance and stretched wheels. Running the ultra sticky German made Heidenau K61 tires and RRGS front suspension & front disc brake kit. Also includes rPRO dress up kit, ATR Carbon Fiber bling, and CNC Gold Anodized Brake Levers. Overall build.....a reliable 2-Stroke conversion and low to the ground look.
Our very first Yamaha Grand Axis swap. Featuring the rSPEC Wire Tuck, rPRO custom frame cap push start button, rPRO Monster Drag Bars with reverse plates, rPRO Triple Tree, rPRO Custom Pearl paint job, and dressed up with rPRO Washer Kit. Sitting on Daytona 5-Star Wheels, this 117cc 2-Stroke is super smooth and fast. Overall build.....ultra clean, very nice lines and OOBER DOOBER sexy.

Parts & Accessories includes a custom shortened Yoshimura Cyclone Carbon Fiber Exhaust, BTX custom header pipe, CNC Master Cylinders/Brake Levers, KN Kikaku Front Forks, Brembo P30 front caliper, Braking 190mm Rotor, and RRGS rear shock. On the performance end.....this monster GY6 has a 180cc big bore kit, Koso Racing Clutch, Dr. Pulley Variator/Weights, Mikuni TM32 Racing Carburetor and more. This project was for our IT guy and good friend. It features the BUM GY6 Swap Kit, rPRO Plug N' Play wire harness, rPRO two-tone paint job, rPRO custom bar end push start, rPRO V1 Monster Drag Bars, rPRO Washer Kit and BTX Custom Drag Exhaust. Running on Dunlop TT92 and RRGS Front Suspension & Disc Brake kit. Overall build......very simple, clean and built for the newbie rider who doesn't mind a little power.
As many of you already know, UBCNME got into an accident last year no too long after he completed the first version of this collab project. But determined to get back on track, UBCNME boxed half his bike up and shipped it straight to Cali immediately after the aftermath, right back to the operating room here at RUCKSTERS. After many months later, version 2 was born....bigger, better, faster, & stronger.
RUCKSTERS X UBCNME 2010.....A Collab Project based on a special blend of some Cali-Kush & Maui Wowie, topped off with House of Color HOT PINK PEARL rPRO Paint Job and an rPRO Custom GY6 Engine Mount System for Innova 225 Fatty Rear. It also has the rPRO "BOMBER" Custom Handcrafted One-Piece Rear Frame, rPRO Upper Shock Mount, and rPRO Monster Drag Bars. Perhaps the most pimpmatic features are the FOOT BRAKE SYSTEM and the matching full dish wheels. Other hard parts includes rPRO Triple Tree, Veypor gauge, Trailtech Headlights, Fox Shox Van R, BTX Oil Catch Can, DUAL DISC BRAKES, Bride Seat, Yoshimura Exhaust and much more. Overall build........The name says it all.
Pocket Change won "HOTTEST MOPED" Award @ the 2010 Auto Evolution Car Show in Maui's War Memorial Stadium.
Another YAMAHA Zuma 125 to our collection. This cool looking stretched out Zuma belongs to Chi, our shop apprentice. It features a Custom Extension Kit (as inspired by KillerScooter's Zuma 125 Ext-Kit), rPRO Custom Mix Matte Blue Paint Job with Powder Coated Flat Black Frame/Chassis, rPRO Monster Drag Bars, rPRO ZUMA 125 Dress-Up Washer Kit, Samurai Scooter Rotor, Two Brothers Exhaust System, Yamaha Vertical Head Light Kit and Modified Storage Box. Chi also added the finishing touches with his "made from scratch" Custom Blue Angel Eye Upper Headlight and an HID Lower Headlight, with a BLUE LED light show. Way to go Chi. Overall build.....it's fast, it's clean, and it's a long distance smooth riding machine.
This Ruckus is a classic among our collection. It was the 2nd Ruckus that came into our shop, next to gAME oVER. But this time, we went all out and gave it the complete RUCKSTERS touch, right in time for Super Sunday 2010.
Armed with rPRO goodies & fabrications, this Matte Lime Gold custom Ruckus sports an ATR GY6 Fatty Engine Mount, rSPEC Wire Tuck, and rPRO Shortened Seat Frame & Rear Frame. Special features include the ATR Rear Disc Brake hub with dual disc brakes, rPRO 12X7 Rear Fatty 8-Hole wheel & Daytona 10" 8-Hole Front Wheel, and the super clean all leather handcrafted upholstery with laser stitched pin stripe art work. Hard parts include the rPRO Monster Kickers, rPRO Signature Series D1 Kit, JDM Front & Rear Suspension, Hurricane Z-Bars, Stage6 Throttle & Control Kit, PIAA 4000 Head Light, and CNC Dual Master Cylinders. Of course the rPRO Matte Paint Job LIME GOLD by House of Kolors gives it a Rucksters signature, along with matching wheels & tires. Overall build.....still a RUCKSTERS Classic in our book.
A buddy of ours from JHPUSA is the owner of this cool looking RUCKUS. It features the rPRO GY6 Motor Swap, rPRO Custom Engine Mount System with rPRO Custom Hangers. Also includes a BTX Custom Exhaust, BTX Custom Header Pipe, Killer Scooter spoked wheels with Heidenau K61 Tires and loaded with rPRO goodies, to name a few, rPRO Monster Bars, rPRO Monster Kickers, and rPRO Signature Series Dress-Up Kit. Painted with a Cognac like tone with Natural Finish accents. Overall build.......a very clean ride indeed and a very happy owner.
The owner of this Honda Ruckus specifically wanted a very subdued looking scooter. With not so much bling and accessories. Just clean & simple, very much like himself. So that was our mission for this project. This build features the rPRO GY6 180cc Motor Swap, rPRO Custom Engine Mount System, rPRO Engine Hangers, rSPEC Wire Tuck, rPRO Monster Bars, rPRO Monster Kickers, and rPRO Signature Series Dress-Up Kit. Also rocking a Two Brothers Modified Exhaust, Authentic Bride Seat, Killer Scooter 5-Spoke Wheels with Dunlop TT92 Tires and a kick ass paint job on flat black. Overall build......as Miles Davis would put it "BITCH is Cleaner Than a MOFO!!"
Project "D" and Barely LEGAL are the first two Honda Ruckuses to be featured in HONDA TUNING MAGAZINE, June 2010 issue. This was a huge reward for us, and a great mile stone. Special thanks to RODREZ from Honda Tuning Magazine, Darryl from JHPUSA, and the ever growing RUCKUS COMMUNITY.......our efforts to be the best we can be cannot be without your support.
The primary focus of this project was to build the cleanest & sexiest looking Honda Ruckus alive. Our mission was not to WOW you by any means other than reducing the subject to its necessary elements. The basic ideas were to strip the work down to its most fundamental features, showing only the bare essentials, and avoiding the chaos of adding.
This project was a year in the making and not one surface was left untouched. Barely LEGAL has multiple one-off features and is essentially a two-tone color Ruckus with raw aluminum accents. It wears an rPRO Custom One-Piece Frame, rSPEC Ultra Wire Tuck, rPRO Matte Grey Paint Job, and flavored with rPRO Hard Parts & Accessories. Special features include matching 5-Star Off-Set Wheels, matching Dual Disc Master Cylinders, matching Heidenau K61 Tires, and matching Dual ITALIAN brake system with Brembo P32 Calipers & Braking Rotors. The main frame & gas tank cover are sprayed with LINEX, to create a rough edge and superior durability. But perhaps the most intricate and sexiest feature is the One-Off Custom BTX Seat Pan and Handcrafted Leather Upholstery, with two-tone laser stitched Pin Stripe artwork. Overall build........keep looking and perhaps you will notice that more is less and less is more.

A RUCKSTERS X BTX Collab. This was definitely an ambitious project. Both us and BTX worked over time in preparation of it's premiere @ Extreme Autofest in San Diego. Which was a hit indeed! The LV Project stole the show and stood out among all the other displayed bikes from our stable.
This "high profile" Ruckus features our first rPRO Custom One-Piece "Shortened" Rear Frame, and also features the rSPEC Wire Tuck, rPRO Custom Fatty Swap Kit with rPRO Engine Mount System & Hangers. BTX fabricated the Civic Lower-Rear Tie Bar CHIN BONE, Main Frame Front Cover, Front & Rear light brackets and the one-off Seat Pan. He also did the entire assembly of the project. Perhaps the most obvious feature is the Custom Handcrafted Upholstery with LV wrap by Victor. Overall build....."What's your level of pimpage...???"
This build was commissioned by a client from Pennsylvania. Since owning 2 Confederate Motorcycles, he was looking for something causal, something to go to the local convenience store on, without the hassle of fully gearing up. After seeing a Honda Ruckus passing by one day, he began surfing the internet for Ruckus companies alike, and found RUCKSTERS Customs. All it took was one phone call and that was it. After a whole year of phone & email conversations, he finally decided how he wanted his build to be. Simple, fast, and PINK. Moreover....to accommodate 2 people.

Fully loaded with rSPEC Ultra Wire Tuck, rPRO Custom One-Piece "Shortened" Rear Frame, rPRO Custom GY6 Fatty Engine Mount System for 10x7 rear wheel, rPRO Engine Hangers and an rPRO Matte Black Paint Job. It also features a BTX Custom Seat Pan and BTX Custom Header Pipe for the Yoshimura Cyclone Exhaust. The Custom Handcrafted ALL Leather Seat is nicely padded for extra comfort and is made of smooth bull hide and wrinkle bull hide. This bad boy is geared with rPRO Monster Drag Bars, rPRO Monster Kickers, Mr. Shorty Chin Bone, CNC Dual Master Cylinders, Dual Disc Brakes with ATR Rear Fatty Hub KIt, Mikuni TM28 Carb, Dr. Pulley Variator and the notorious INNOVA 225 Tire. Overall build...... in more ways than one, calling it "The Dark Knight" wouldn't be too far from the truth.

RUCKSTERS X WRENCH WERKS COLLAB PROJECT 2010. This build features the final revision of our rPRO CORE AXIS CENTER SHOCK MOUNT with FOX SHOX VAN RC as the center piece. Other rPRO goodies include: One-Piece Custom Seat/Rear Frame, Custom Handcrafted Leather Seat with BTX integrated tail light, Ultra Wire Tuck, 12x7 Rear 5-Star Wheel, Monster Chin Bone, Monster Kickers, Monster Drag Bars "Reverse" plate, and rPRO Gloss Black Paint Job on the rear frame. Other special features include the Yoshimura TRI Dual Tip Carbon Fiber Exhaust (BTX Shortened) and the BTX Custom 180cc header pipe, matching 5-Star wheels with added Gojin washers and Wrench Werks mini cross/stress bar. Wrench Werks did a superb job on the assembly, the tucking of the rear brake line (Super Ultra Wire Tuck), and all the other tiny details only the naked eye can see. Most of all, the Lo-Pro Maxxis tires added a ton of taste to this exotic looking bike.
NIKKA premiered at the SPOCOM SHOW in Honolulu 2010, along with all the other sick ass Honolulu builds. We're very sure the RUCKUS class stole some of the spot light at this major import car event. Overall build.....for all the haters out there....NIKKA PLEASE!!!
So we get a call one day from a fellow in Maryland….asking us about a custom project he’d like to commission for the East Meets West Ride, hosted by his truly. As usual, our time was pinched, not only with building, but also doing shows & rides locally & beyond. One must think, “a chance to showcase one of our own at an East Coast RUCKUS meet doesn’t come often, if ever.” The Maryland Project aka “Shop Affiliated” was soon in the making.
The two tone Beige & Black sets the mood just right, giving it a refine flavor. One of the center pieces of this ride is the all leather rPRO handcrafted upholstery and the other is our most branded signature, the rPRO One-Piece Custom Frame on which the handmade BTX Seat Pan is mounted on. Other rPRO features & parts includes our GY6 Custom Engine Mount System, 12x7 5-Star Fatty Rear Wheel, Custom Rear Disc Brake HUB, Monster Drag Bars, D1 Kit and Custom Paint Job. Other key features include perfectly matched 5-Star Wheel Set, Brembo P32 Front/Rear Brake System rolling with rPRO Front & Rear Hubs. Not to mention the rSPEC Ultra Wire tuck streamlines the custom form to a T, and the matching Heidenau K61 tires balances out the rest of the look. This build needs no introduction in terms of theme and inspiration. Mos def one of the funnest projects in our books, b/c it was easy to grasp the direction of where things were going....and that is sometimes half the battle.
The making of this project marks the first time we incorporated an ATR Fatty Mount with our staple rPRO One-Piece Frame, and the result was totally cool, esp. combined with our rSPEC Ultra Wire Tuck. It also was the first time we got to properly use our purple anodized rPRO D1 Kit, it was the perfect occasion. Don't let all the purple bling fool you though, this bike is all show all go from front to back. The GY6 180cc big bore engine with high performance upgrades keeps this sucker at a steady 70mph, and the Heidenau K61 tires were design to keep a rider grounded. Not to mention the dual disc brake system offers more control and stopping power at high speed. Other mods & parts include rPRO Custom Mix "LAKERS" yellow Paint Job, rPRO Custom Chin Bone, rPRO Monster Kickers, Composimo Anklebiter, CNC Dual Master Cylinders, Hurricane Z-Bars, Trailtech HID Headlight and more. Overall build.....this Ruckus eats, sleep & shit LAKERS all day and everyday, whether in or out or out & about.
A stylish 1-tone build with all the high end amenities. Our client mos def wanted something very simple & not so flashy, however, at the same time was willing to go the distance with an all stealth look. Some of its main features include the ATR Fatty Engine Mount, Matching 8-Hole wheels with Daytona front & rPRO rear and the custom mix rPRO Paint Job. Of course the most subtle features are the rPRO shortened rear frame, shortened seat frame and the rSPEC Wire Tuck. Engine work includes a 180cc Big Bore, Ported, Polished, Milled head, Yoshimura Exhaust and Mikuni TM32 Carburetor. Other hard parts include rPRO Monster Drag Bars, rPRO Monster Kickers, BTX Billet Grips, CNC Dual Master Cylinders for dual disc brakes, Heidenau Tires, Trailtech LED Headlight, Bride Seat, Linex Main Frame and more. Overall build.....simple but not easy.
Commissioned by a client whom we got to meet in Seattle at the CONFERENCE OF NOISE RUCKUS CON 2009. A complete rPRO Scooter with all the amenities a player would want. Of course having dual disc brakes is a must and matching CNC Dual Master Cylinders to go with the 5-Star Wheel Set brings the whole bike together. The Seattle Project went the whole 9 yards and for the first time ever......we used the Grip Ace controls on a BTX Billet Grip. Giving the rider full access of his start button, turn signals, high/low beam and horn right at the tips of his fingers. Overall build.....it's mean, it's green, and it's rPRO CLEAN!!!!
PICCOLO made its premiere at the 2010 Progressive International Motorcycle Show in Seattle at the Sound Rider booth. Representing the only one of its kind at this mega 2-wheeled event. Let it be known....a fully built custom Ruckus is a bike not to be reckon with.
We had the great opportunity to meet the owner of Piccolo at Spring Scoot Ride & Meet in Portland, OR 2011. Lucky guy won the trophy and was nice enough to give it to us for our trophy display.
Closing out 2010 with RustyRiot's "VENOM"....This project has been in the making for quite some time. It's been many moons of tinkering, waiting, fabbing and more waiting for all the pieces to come together. Nevertheless, here it is for everyone to see.
This flat black beauty sports a 180cc GY6 Engine with upgraded performance internals, mounted with the notorious ATR Fatty Engine Kit. Rolling on rPRO 12x7 Fatty 5-Star Rear Wheel and 12" Daytona 5-Star Front Wheel. The most prominent feature is mos def the RustyRiot custom seat pan with rPRO STINGRAY & leather handcrafted upholstery. Fully equipped with rPRO Monster Kickers, rPRO Washer Kit, billet seat frame, Garmin Nuvi 205w, ATR Front Disc Brake Kit, ATR Rear Disc Brake Hub, ATR Carbon Fiber Battery Box & Gas Tank Cover, Stage6 Carbon Fiber mirrors and CNC Dual Master Cylinders. Not to mention the Yoshimura Exhaust and wide AVON rear tire gives the back end a nice FAT touch. Overall build.....all stealth, all black, all show, all go.

While prepping for SS 2011, he managed to squeeze in a little time to finish his project on Super Sunday eve. Assembled from the ground up in 3 days.
Featuring the sleek looking rPRO "SUICIDE" Handcrafted One-Piece Seat Frame, rPRO Seat Pan & Handcrafted Leather Upholstery, rSPEC Wire Tuck, and rPRO Royal Blue Paint Job on white powder coated accents. Mos def one of our faves. The subtle differences on this particular build makes it even more beefy. The extended seat pan, the long exhaust, fat chin bone and the 12" wheels makes this sucker look masculine to the max. Not to mention the 180cc BIG BORE GY6 engine & BTX 180cc custom header pipe. All things rPRO.....Ultra Wire Tuck, Rear Hub with Brembo P32, Front Hub with Brembo P32, Paint Job, Custom Upholstery, 12x7 5-Spoke rear wheel, Monster Drag Bars Reverse plate and more. Other features include full on Italian brake system, Fox Van RC rear shock, billet navi mount, BTX billet grips, CNC Dual Master Cylinders, and Daytona 12" front wheels. Overall build....no sugar please, it's sweet enough.
This is the final revision of our previous RIPPLE. The owner dropped off V1 about 10 months b/c his bike wasn't starting. After going back & forth and seeing all the new builds we were coming out with, he started to feel a bit left behind. Finally gave in and said lets do this shit right once and for all.
The most unique features on this bike is the rPRO "DOVE TAIL" One-Piece Seat Frame and hand sculpted front head light bracket with flames. Sculpted by the owner himself. It also features full on Italian brake system with dual Brembo P32 Calipers & Braking Rotors, paired with rPRO Front & Rear Hubs, rPRO GY6 Fatty Engine Mount System, rSPEC Ultra Wire Tuck, rPRO Paint Job, rPRO 12X7 5-Spoke rear wheel and Daytona 10" 5-Spoke front wheel. Other parts include Daytona handlebar stem, rPRO Mini Z-Bars, Tom Tom navi, Mr. Shorty Carbon Fiber Chin Bone, Fox Van RC rear shock and billet LED rear tail lights. Overall build....lets just say the owner is one happy dude.
This guy comes in right before Super Sunday 2010 and wanted a quick n' easy swap kit. So we hooked him up with a Killer Scooter kit and he got to ride on SS 2010. Soon after that, he came around the shop pretty often and started helping us out here & there. By the following SS 2011, he was working full time here @ RUCKSTERS. So we had to hook him up with a nice ride to rep.
This is the first project we built with a Killer Scooter mount & rSPEC Wire Tuck together. Laying a foundation for future builds to come. The color scheme is Sriracha HOT and the max speed pushes over 70mph. It features an rPRO Paint Job on NEON ORANGE powder coated wheels, ATR Front Disc Brake Kit, Killer Scooter GY6 wheels, Heidenau Tires, gAME oVER's original carbon fiber seat wrap, rPRO Monster Drag Bars Reverse plate, CNC Perch Lever & Master Cylinder and rPRO Navi mount. Overall build....VERY LOUD...!!!!

Our first international commission, all the way from TORONTO, Canada. After months and months of endless emails, Northern Touch finally came to being on the EVE of Super Sunday. The lucky owner actually flew all the way to So-Cal just to see the final pieces come together. Needless to say.....smiles all the way when he laid eyes on his newly built custom.
NT features our very own rPRO Core Axis Center shock mount with Fox Shox Van RC and rPRO Custom Engine Mount System for GY6. All matching 5-Spoke wheels, rPRO Front Hub & Rear Disc Brake Rear Hub kit, full on Italian brake system with Brembo P32 Calipers & Braking Rotors, and matching CNC Dual Disc Master Cylinders. Other features include the rPRO One-Piece custom handcrafted rear frame, rPRO Beige Sandstorm Paint Job, rSPEC Ultra Wire Tuck, rPRO Custom Seat Wrap and a ton of rPRO hard parts & accessories. Not to mention the 180cc fully built GY6 engine and Yoshimura TRI Dual Tip Titanium Exhaust with BTX custom header. A true blend of aesthetic & performance. After buying his used Ruckus from TR member Hooked, the owner of this black beauty couldn't wait to get it over to Rucksters. Quicker than a candle in the wind, it was tore down and ready for a new look within a day. Couple of weeks later, it was assembled and road ready just in time for Super Sunday 2011.
The theme is pretty straight forward, black on chrome. GY6 150cc engine mounted to the infamous Killer Kit, and a new gloss black paint job. Outfitted with rPRO billet parts, KN Kikaku Low Down forks with Brembo P32 Caliper & Braking Rotor, a custom seat wrap with "R" logo stitched, Trailtech HID headlights, CNC lever set and sleek Devil's Exhaust with BTX custom header. Special features by Audio Innovations include a custom gas tank cover molded to fit the APPLE iPAD, custom plexiglass boom box and custom LED light FX. Overall build.....like the owner said "I'm Mexican, we pay the chrome bill before the phone bill."
Our customer from Chicago came to visit us a few months back, since he was in LA for a business trip. After spending about 30 minutes in our shop, he says to us "I want something like this"....pointing @ "SPECIAL OPS." Then he said, "but I want it with a black & white color scheme." Fortunate for us, this guy new exactly what he wanted and that made our job much easier.
This build was quite familiar as we modeled it after our mobbed out black SPECIAL OPS Project. Sporting our in house rPRO custom GY6 engine mount system, rSPEC Wire Tuck, rPRO Matte White Paint Job, and loaded with our fully built GY6 180cc Engine. The matte white goes well with all the flat black rPRO hard parts: Monster Drag Bars, Monster Chin Bone & Monster Kickers. Rolling on Double 6-Spoke matching wheel, with the infamous INNOVA 225 wide rear tire and Dunlop TT92 front tire. Custom Yoshimura Zuma 125 Carbon Fiber exhaust and BTX custom 180cc header pipe is matched up with a Mikuni TM28 Carburetor & Dr. Pulley Variator & Slider Weights. Overall build.....this white beast will mos def be ripping titties off in the windy city.

Hands down, the most ambitious build to come out of our stable. A culmination of all our techniques, artistic creations, and vision since DAY ONE. GFO is no ordinary story, it is the origin of everything that has made RUCKSTERS possible, and is the "HOW" to why we started our company. For the last 2 years, we've been waiting for this moment to come and we're sure you have been too. Some how & some way, we managed to meet our deadline without a minute to spare. After months & months of preparation, and over 250 hours of work......with no further to do, we present to you GFO!!
This build wreaks of custom mods & fabrication. A custom Ruckus at its finest and a style that is unmatched. One-off parts makes up the majority of the build, including the engine mount, handcrafted rear frame, springer seat mount, wheels, triple tree, chin bone and much more. The matching drag racing wheels compliment the essence of its style & features. Perhaps the most obvious center pieces are the Garrett Turbo & the hand tooled leather seat. But the most noticeable attraction that the naked eye can see is the HOT ROD Theme. A blend of Japanese & American flavors all rolled into one tricked out Ruckus, a complete rPRO Scooter if you will. Overall build.....it's a TIMELESS MASTERPIECE!!!

Let me just tell everyone about me dealings with Rucksters.. Being in NC..it's kinda hard to get up at the shop..but throught countless PM's and phone calls abck and forth with T..I have been able to piece together a disk front end with all the trimmin's to accent my swap build.. T was very through with all my inquiries about what I was looking for and what my end result was..he even did things for me that I didn't ask but just knew I was gonna ask for ayways !! and after seeing these bikes here..it's just adds fuel to my fire for my love of all things Rucksters !!!
