some of you have seen it already, figured I would start a dedicated thread so I don't clutter up my other builds :D

start of the C3:

Image

less sticker/reflector action, new grips:

Image

body dropped, bars, front signals replaced, rear signals relocation, plate relocation, speedo cluster delete, gps, rear fender trimmed:

Image

swapped out the stock mirrors with a single gojin and fabbed up a little cover for the empty space left by the speedo delete...

Image

Image

future plans involve a stretch and fat rear/front with disk :highfive:

so far this thing has been way more reliable than the ruck.. it's my daily rider for now. I did the washer trick on the variator, lighter rollers, and took out the restrictor plate in the airbox, it gets to 40 pretty quick!! Also, gotta love the fuel injection! the process for calibrating is to flip the key on and off 3 times quickly, no carb removal or rejetting needed :banger:

I've always thought these things looked so cool with some modifications. Keep it up. I'll be watching.

yeah, I think so.. I just flipped it back and forth a bunch of times as quick as I could. Seems like the idle revved a bit high when I started it again, then settled and seemed to have made the adjustments :banger:

Thanks! The process wasn't too bad, actually.. Part of the seat box had to be cut out so the engine wouldn't bump, gas tank panel needed to be trimmed, the entire rear section got pushed a couple inches forward/down, & there's actually a flat spot on the bottom of the seat box that lines up nice with the frame mounts.. just had to drill a couple holes in the bottom of the seat box and reattach in the new position :highfive:

Progress: Got the Doppler on this weekend.
