Can't say I've personally had trouble. I ordered from him twice, the latest being in January. If anything, customer service was top notch last time around..maybe things have improved since getting a bad rep. in the past. Everything arrived as it should be, and I got it faster than any American suppliers who use the postal system.

Thanks for the reply. Well I know it's not cheap gas. I always put premium in, oil is new. Yeah I'll probably let it warm up or something and see

Picked up my new Ruck this afternoon. I didn't let that snow storm stop me! Rode her home from St. Albert (though I only live on the base so not that far) and loved it, man was it fun... hands were freezing but fun. Can't wait till we get some nice warm weather, I'll be on this thing all the time.

I am hoping to start up maybe a weekly meet and cruise this summer, perhaps if anyone is interested (49cc friendly routes, of course!).

And if you are looking for parts I highly highly recommend Dorbyworks. Look him up on here (In the grand bazaar section) or on facebook http://www.facebook.com/Dorbyworks. He is one of the most helpful, solid guys I have ever got to deal with. He fabs up and comes up with some cool stuff! I spent waaaaaaaay too much $$ on his stuff this year, but it is so top notch and he is a customer service pro-star! :popcorn:

As for the season opener - I am a 'host', so won't be able to cruise in with anyone going because I will be setting up... but it would be pretty sick to have a group of rucks representing there along side the other 2-wheelers!

I have been busy but still find time to futz with my stock 04' it runs but is way to rich and as a result won't accelerate or idle properly and top speed is around 40km, i am going over the carb one more time aided by the service manual and i'll check the valve clearance in case i need to shim them but failing that i might have to go another route. :twisted:

i saw a few gy6 scooters for sale on kijiji for less then what a minty Ruck would cost so i don't need no more temptations lol, but for now it's still cheaper to mess with the GET. :mrgreen:

there's nothing wrong with playing around with the GET either -- in fact they can been a heck of a lot cooler than the run of the mill swap :banger:

Only a few more weeks and mine should be out too... Although Im an ex-north sider and stay south by whyte ave and sherwood park now...

I live about a 3 minute drive down from namao center!
