All ordered. Opie Oils have 20% off K&N's so got all 3 for £56 delivered.

Nice. I've been trying to get more pics but the angle is pretty tough so I'l leave it for now - no doubt you'll know what to do once you get the filters and get the airbox off. Obviously post up if you have any issues.

I shouldn't have any issues. I finished up the 'Winter Intake' while waiting as I had a day off. Polini Intake Manifold through the K&N panel in (slightly drilled) stock box. Air breather tube floating (will have breather filter obviously) with other tube still into box.

Can't wait to rip it off later this week.

Tested. It's certainly a little louder but can't say any hugely noticeable gain has been made to performance. My K&N setup is delayed and I got sent a 35-32mm reducer by mistake but they don't have 35-28's to resupply. Got another en route.

First decent commute today and I have to say that once warmed up, the throttle is noticeably more responsive and seems smoother. Especially between 20-30mph. My 35-28mm reducer arrived from DPH today.

A load of boxes turned up today so got to work firstly with the breather filter needed for airbox setup. I used the little stem that was attached to the stock box breather/hose and attached it using airbox fixing.

Problem now is I may leave it as it is. Looks good and does the job in all weathers which is what I'm after. I'll mull it over but may have these 2 K&N's and a reducer for sale if anyone is interested.

Image

Webike stuff also picked up and tax paid so I'm gonna install the iMap tomorrow and see after a week or so how much I gain before chucking the Kitaco Kit in too. Hopefully it'll be obvious that was worth the extra cash to replace the Polini.

Yeah. Opie Oils. Took them a fortnight but they ordered direct from K&N. Shock is Kitaco B250A from Tokyo Parts. Post a couple of pics of your filters. Tempted to keep them for 'sunny' days.

I emailed them what I wanted and gave them the address of Japanese friend I was visiting and they were great. Paid by Paypal from their quote. Was there when I arrived.
