thats a job for Ad in the future, perhaps
First I'll look what kind of rollers I have now in my Zoomer and if I have an aftermarket vario...
At the moment I'm waiting for the variator tool to come in.
And depending what I discover I'll perhaps order some 6.5gram and 7 gram rollers and a Polini variator.
If I'm satisfied with that result, I might not install a CDI after all.
Stock rollers for Zoomers are 5.6 gram according to Ad Nap, the Zoomer king of Holland
If I want more acceleration I should install heavier rollers (6.5 gr to 7 gram) from Leovince and a Polini vario.
That combo should give a top speed of 55-60km/h.
So I'll be experimenting with rollers first.
Its strange because it seems to be the opposite of everything I red so far on this board:
- light rollers = better a acceleration
- heavier = higher topspeed
So Ad says the opposite it seems.
Maybe its because our Zoomers are fuel injected and ride differently because of that, dunno.
What rollers and vario are you riding btw?
