Hey guys,
So I currently live in Shenzhen,China and occasionally go into Hong Kong.
I used to ride a gy6 ruckus back in California.
Since I'm living here now, is there a possibility I can find one in Shenzhen and be able to buy parts to modify?
Although Shenzhen, doesn't allow riding of electric/motor bikes I still want to get one. :banger:
Anybody have any type of information would be helpful.
Thanks

What is the reasoning there?

In Shenzhen china, you cannot legally ride a electric bike or motorcycle due to the law.
Police just turn their heads or pretend they don't see you if you are riding one.
Unless their commanding officer or a bigger official is there. They will pull you over and confiscate your bike.
If your decide to run or ride away they won't chase you, due to safety issues and can be brought upon the department if your being chased and you fall.

That seems crazy to make scooters illegal in such a overpopulated environment.

One of the reasons, is because it is an over populated environment. You already got reckless driving from all the mainland drivers. When you throw in bikes, you get cars hitting bikes and bikes hitting people. There are already many daily accidents in the main city of cars hitting bikes.
The other reason is because ppl are riding their electric bikes and motorcycles and snatching purses and riding away.
