true but the dio talk is also pretty small and slow, it's just a very general question which isn't related to anything special concerning the specifics of the two models...

Were you referring to a cylinder kit ? If your swapping cylinders , I believe the 70cc kit would bolt right on , but the 90cc kit you'd have to machine the lower cases out . I'm not sure about carbueration , but most likely jetting & a tuned pipe , maybe a different plug too ? PM Diomonster or Doctavius , they have kitted bikes .

Just run stock Honda crank and polini corsa bore. No case mod need! Just bolt on and hammer. Buy a PG long pipe will go 70mph +

go for a watercooled 102 or 120 cc kit, might as well go all the way.

truth be told most all the kits larger than 70cc or so are going to be needing to be rebuilt/replaced far more often than 65, 70 , or stock.

Why would anyone put a 90cc head on a stock 50cc cylinder ? Pull your stock cylinder and clean out your exhaust port you will see better returns that putting a oversized head on a stock cylinder. Also Please read Gordon Jennings book 2 stroke tuners Handbook or Graham Bell book Two-Stroke Performance Tuning and learn how 2 stroke work. If you really want to upgrade your setup to 90cc educate yourself first. It will save you time and money. 50cc to 90cc 2 stroke conversion is not simple plug and play.
