I want it but stupid question: It should still work with an NCY handlebar clamp I would assume?

If the NCY clamp is the one I am thinking it is, it mounts directly on top of the steering stem. If you used my bracket with that stem, the cables would be bent on an angle to get into the battery box opening. It would probably work but it isn't ideal. I intended it to be used on a stem that relocates the bars forward. My clamp brings the speedo back a little so the cables line up with the battery box opening with the new bars/stem.

For what its worth, I see people use this clamp upside down and on the other side all the time. I wouldn't recommend that, but it is happening.

Got mine back from powder coat and installed. Still gotta clean my Ruckus yet (dusty).
I used:
(1) M6-1.00x25 Stainless Allen Head Bolt
(1) M6-1.00 Nylock Nut
(1) 6MM Stainless Flat Washer
I bought the hardware from Lowes. (Hope this helps future purchasers)
