Friday the 7th of August- Seattle City Tour. Meeting at the large empty lot across the street from Smarty Pants in Georgetown by 10 AM. Should be rolling out at 10:30
Smarty Pants from I5- heading south from Downtown
Smarty Pants from I5 heading north, from south of the city

The Seattle City Tour will circle inward, around each of the outlying neighborhoods- some stretches will be long riding, some neighborhoods will have a number of stops for photo ops and scenery. We'll dip in and out of downtown before heading straight in.

Saturday the 8th of August, Meet at Pier 52 at 10am. FERRY LOADS AT 10:30. Bainbridge Ferry leaves at 10:40am.
Ferry cost is $6.25 each way. I am buying a barcoded card good for 20 a $4 each way fare. I have 12 scans available now. Hit me up if you'd like (Hue). 8 bucks vs $12.50.... that's a frosty pint you could buy instead. Bring a snack. Should be at Kingston about 1-1:30 for some chow if you'd like.

Saturday Ride
Breakfast Ideas:
Denny's, or a yummy greasy doughnut at Krispy Kremes....
Cherry Street Coffee house.... right in Pioneer Square. Breakfast Bagels and more.....
http://www.cherrystreetcoffeehouse.com/menus.html or
Frontier Cafe on 3rd & James.... http://thefrontiercafe.com/ or
Tats on Occidental by Yesler&1st
http://www.tatsdeli.com/images/breakfast_menu.pdf
It's no more than a 15 minute ride to the dock from any of those, so plan accordingly...... There's also a Mickey D's at the Ferry dock if ya want a greasy breakfast sandwich.

Get to Ferry Dock by 10:15 for 10:40 departure...... The ride will go from Bainbridge Island to Poulsbo, then off to Kingston to catch a different Ferry to Edmonds, then a short 10 minute ride to ScooterBarn.
Motorcycle Loading Procedures Tell the ticketing agent you want to go to Bainbridge

There are a couple of very good reasons to ride a motorcycle aboard a Washington State Ferry.

# The motorcycle & driver fare is much less than the car & driver fare.
# Loading procedures often allow first on, first off privileges if staged prior to the commencement of loading.
# Motorcyclists rarely face an overload situation on busy commuter runs, weekends & sunny summer days.

Although WSF encourages Motorcycles to by-pass waiting lines by using HOV or Local lanes in most cases, it is the responsibility of Motorcyclists to ensure they are not violating any applicable laws.

Once onboard, please be sure that you don't park your motorcycle in the yellow striped walkways or block vehicle access.

Seattle/Pier 52: Motorcycles can make a right turn into the toll plaza when coming from the north on Alaskan Way or a left when coming from the south on Alaskan Way. Motorcycles arriving prior to the commencement of loading will be loaded first, then at the end of the load for those arriving after the load has begun.
Kingston: If the ferry is overloading, motorcycles may drive as if "through" traffic on the left and enter the tollbooth. They would then pay at the tollbooth and move to the head of the dock for priority loading.

Approximately 40 minute Ferry ride to Bainbridge Island, many photo ops at Ferry dock and on the boat.

Saturday Ferry Ride Route to Lynnwood Take a short Smoke/Stretch/Safety Break at C, Poulsbo Liberty Bay Park.-Walk Rucks into park for photo. (10 yrd walk)
edited map to include Day Rd signal at 305. Making a left without signal and multiple riders would be impossible.
Test Ride:
Poulsbo is about an hour from Ferry. We walked our Rucks in the Park for pics. Parking is limited.
Ride to Ferry at Kingston is 1.5 hours. Bring a snack. Sports Bar/FishNChips available right by Ferry in Kingston.

Post Lynnwood Ride back to Seattle. Smoke/Restroom Breaks at points B & D. 45miles.
