buy the dudes kijima, there isnt going to really be a CLAMP that will make it closer to you unless you want to run a mountain bike stem backwards which is not wise IMO and probably pretty ugly, but you can get higher rise bars. those bars you posted before, they make motocross bars which look very similar. mx bars come in hundreds of rises and bend patterns to choose from.

1. Whats your setup

TC Bros Lane splitters : 9-1/4" rise, 2-1/2" pull back, 28" overall width

2. How comfortable is it

For me being a tall guy, they are perfect.
