Specs :

Pod filter
35/80 jetting
BR muffler
Ncy cdi
Polini variator
5g sliders

220lb rider

This combo seemed to work pretty decent with a new gates belt after a couple miles of break in. I didn't feel the 0-15 acceleration was as good as the polini belt I removed but it pulled to top mph 44-45 faster.

A day or so later a few degrees warmer the acceleration is worst , the top end is down to 41-42 (even limited to 46 downhill bombing)

I went back and changed to my 6g rollers - didn't help
Polini belt - didn't help
Cleaned the carb - didn't help
Made sure it had plenty of fuel and the pump is working.

It doesn't seem to shift out to the higher gear it did before.

I have a tach ordered and was supposed to come in today so I was tuning by "ear"

I did notice the clutch pads are glazed some ..... could this be the culprit ?
I didn't check the valve specs due to being hot but can do that tomorrow ....

What do the Ruckus guru's say ?

What's wrong with my moody gal ?

Tire pressure?
When i used to lose a couple mph, it was always something small like that.

Tony Stark was able to build this in a CAVE.... with a box of scraps!!!! - Obadiah Stane (Ironman 1)
