The clone minarelli engine(1PE40QMB) is the equivalent of a zuma motor. So is the 90cc minarelli clone engine (1E50QMF) the equivalent of a Grand Axis motor???

unless its REALLY cheap i would avoid the 90cc version.
Nothing bad about it, its just that the GA/BWS 100cc engine is built stronger.

ignore my above comment, i thought you meant the jog 90, it turns out this engine is a full on copy of the BWS100!.
Yeah get it, strip out the crank and top end and replace with quality original yamaha parts or aftermarket.
