Just finished up with my mod. Easy project, fun and fast:

-Picked out the screwdriver I wanted.
-Cut key down using vise and hacksaw (I completely removed plastic using side-cutters and then chopped the metal 'jut-outs' with a hacksaw)
-Threw the screwdriver into a pot of boiling water for a few minutes.
-Retrieved screwdriver carefully with pliers and metal bit portion comes out easily (boil longer if not).
-I was forced to slightly modify the inside of the screwdriver handle by scraping with a sharp tool (this is accomplished very easily if handle is still warm from boiling).
-Fit key into handle (my handle already had a slot shape which made inserting the key much more stable).
-I also triple checked the depth of the key into the handle so that when inserted into Ruckus it would fit perfectly.
-Used a two part epoxy (one that bonds metal and plastic) and inserted into the hole/ applied some to key.
-Double check that the key is sitting at a proper angle before letting cement set.

I 3D printed one as a test case while trying to dial in my printer and it came out great. I just need to clean up the burrs a little but it's nice. It's like a faucet/spigot/hose/whatever handle. Turn the faucet and the scooter goes vroom. I'm liking it more than I thought I would. It's just a little mod for a key but damn it's a blast to stick a funny key in your bike, and folks look over in traffic and wonder what the green knob does.
