Finished the jet 102/45 swap out and after following BRed's pilot screw adjustment procedure, I can say that my bike has never run better.
Absolutely no bogging when rolling on the throttle, much smoother idle ( I had it set too low before anyway), and seemingly more power!!
Too damn cold for a top speed run today.
Also changed the motor and gear oil, and cleaned / checked the condition of the JCosta.. SO far so good.
I left the carb on the bike, just rotated it to get the bowl screws out.
