On a stock GET with high mileage what are the parts that go first? I am trying to do preventative maintenance. But I would pike to know what if any parts go first if anyone has a ruckus wirh a stock 50 with over 20 000 miles on it. Thanks for the help. ( really didnt know what heading to put this under)

I was thinking it might be barrings ? Or the gears in the back end does anyone elnse hqve a high mileage GET? Got it with 24 000 plus kms I have put Phone r 2000 kms on it in4 months now i do 120 kms a week so i am getting concernd. Thanks

i have a black 08 ruck that currently reads 22,6xx out here in hawaii, bout it in late 10' off a friend when it 14. currently topping at a dismal 34... pulls hard but the worn variator face keeps the top speed down. Malossi on the way :banger: :banger:

Change the oil and change often. The rear end dope is only 100ml so change it often too and that should hold up for a long time.

I agree with crank bearings and valves will go first with abuse.

When we first switched from riding dinosaurs to things like steam engines, the heavy oil we used in gear boxes was referred to as "dope."
