I can only comment on my experience and the experience of people I know personally. All of those are good.
I agree that receiving shipments from another company (China has to be one of the worst) comes with it's own risks. I imagine it's hell to work through as the shipper. Was everything done to ensure that tracking and communication was flawless? Maybe not. IDK because I had great communication and a tracking number when it was shipped out. We could speculate all day on the scenarios. When it's your
money on the line, I can totally understand emotions coming into play and the hours sloooowly ticking by. Like I said, I can't speak for anyone but myself and those I know personally. And that's what I was doing. If you don't feel you belong in the "jackass" group that hounds him the day after the order is placed & every day after that, then please consider yourself outside of that group whom I was speaking of. Shit happens, on both sides.
I DO hope that y'all are taken care of. If you don't get a response, file a PP claim, state your experience in this thread & move on. That's what I would do, TBH.
I'm about to drop another $5-600 with him. I'll mark when I pay and post an update when it comes in. Hide & watch.
