Man that totally bites. I think there's a FB page for stolen bikes in SF--seems like a lot of folks check that out. On Moped Army there's been a whole bunch of posts about mopeds getting stolen in SF lately. They usually find the bikes spray painted--so expect that the Grom could be altered as well. I hope your buddy get's the bike back.

Oh and Chris now that you have a bike with some ground clearance you should come out riding with us. Our next ride will be on the roads we rode together when you had your Ruckus and I was on my moped. It's going to be a blast and it would be great to ride with you again. ;) Jason may make it too if his schedule allows. He had a great time on the Independence ride. ;)

Seriously? Isn't a stock Grom a 125cc, and your's isn't even close to stock right? I've been riding a stock 50cc on most of our recent rides. Jason came out on his Grom (which isn't quite stock either), and his bike is way faster than what I've been riding. Anyway, most of our bikes are around 50 to 80cc. Charlie's NSR with the 4T swap is probably the biggest. I think it's a 150, but it wouldn't matter since he's so much faster just because of his skillz. ;)

Also, we aren't racing. We regularly catch people back up, and wait at all the turns. It's more fun to ride together, and well fun is the reason we are out there. ;)

Next ride is the 28th. We'll be riding roads that you and I have ridden on together previously. Remember Alpine? :) It's going to be a fun one. The Insanely Great Big Basin Adventure IV :P

So it finally happened.

My 2015 White Grom was STOLEN on 12/14/16 in South San Jose (Cottle / 85).
License plate number 22Y7213.

It was parked in a gated parking area, chained to a post, and had the Xena 6xx on it.

If you see it or any parts, feel free to run the guy on the bike off the road. What's he gonna do... call the cops? :meh:

But yeah... It's got a few mods. Most notable is the Over Racing Exhaust and the Clubman style handle bars.
