So, you ordered one of those body kits already?
And that picture is it?
Are they OE (original equipment) parts?
Used or new?
And they come in white?

Sounds way cheap, so,
If this is true, I will be ordering a set.. in white...

Yep- those are new panels straight from Japan. I received them about a week ago. The are good quality but they are not OE panels- they look like repros. They do have white- check the link here http://japan.webike.net/products/21800982.html

Ok, cool.
after replying I looked a bit closer at their site and realized what the deal is.
No extra flairs or scoops or ribs or shit?

I guess even the OE ones are painted since my blue ones are black underneath...

And the surface quality is good? Looks durable enough?

I've got a set in my shopping cart already, looking at mufflers now, since that shipping is free

Ready to pull the trigger.

Maybe these ones?

No extra scoops or other weirdness- they are stock replacements. Surface quality is good. I tried to post the huge pics to give a better idea. I got the "brown" ones that are kind of a metallic rootbeer color (but a bit reddish).

Can't beat the quality for $500 shipped- I was really happy with what I received.

Really hope some others with beat up bikes are able to pick some up and make their bikes look good again.

Someone should tell those Jananese that Caddy Green would be a big seller in the states.
I do like that Root Beer color though.

Cool,

Post up some pics when you get them. As far as the exhaust- that stuff is way, way overpriced. What I used on my first 400cc swap was R6 Muffler using a couple of reducers and it looked and sounded great and was not too loud.

Build up a cheaper exhaust and use that money for a J Costa variator which is worth every penny.

I have the Beams exhaust because I did not want too loud. It is the 83 db model. I will remove the quiet baffle and put in the 88db one. Very quiet but I want a little bass. The body looks nice I wondered about those. My 06 needs some love.

That's a great price for panels! Each piece cost a few hundos from the dealer or even boats.net!!!

Jes, thank you for the pipe info. It is on and so quiet I am changing baffles to the louder one for some depth. Looks so much better and not quite the anchor the stock one was.
