I have a 2013 ruckus with cdi intake and exhuast. On a fully charged battery it will start and I ride aboUT a mile to the store and when I come out it won't start.....I went back inside for a few and came out and then it started. Been having these issues since I bought it any suggestions?

Check the rubber boot on the carb an leak will make em start hard and after re jetting a handful of times they can split.
