Basically the ruckus electronics don't always turn on. I'll have too wiggle the steering and turn the key multiple times for it to come on. When it doesn't come on I'm. Still able to kickstart it though. The brake lights and signal all work. Any help would be appreciated.

This seems pretty simple....

1) Could be the ignition switch has worn out. Unlikely as they are high quality and it runs fine after kick starting.

2) Bad or dead battery. Unlikely, but possible, as you state that the lights come on after wiggling steering.

3) Poor connection. A main power or ground is loose. This is the most likely scenario as you state in certain positions it works, others it does not.

I would check resting battery voltage, and load test. Perform a continuity test on the ignition switch. Bypass battery and ignition switch. Directly test starter with a separate power supply like a jump box or, preferably a PowerProbe. If all are operating, start checking connections. Probably a loose power or ground. Pay close attention to areas where wires move instead of the terminal lugs themselves. Look for pinching and stress where copper may have broken from constant bending and stress.
