i got this 07 vino 50cc form my uncle, he said the boy he got it form was riding it one day and it just quit on him and didn't want to start back . no loud nose or any thing like that, when it happened. my uncle bot it form the boy for 75 bucks i think he said then gave it to me. i pulled the carb off and cleaned it out, i pulled the spark plug and cleaned it then replaced it. i even took my volt meter to it and checked ever thing that need power and still nothing.

i'm getting power, and i got spark and i got fuel.

what i need to know is what is the common probs, and has someone had the prob before if so what did you do.

Fuel , ignition, compression. If you don't have all three, it won't run. Get a compression reading.

See if it starts with nothing restricting the air flow, (ie take off the air cleaner entirely). You could be dumping too much fuel in there and just flooding it out.

If that doesn't help, check the compression as was previously posted. When you kick it, does it turn over but provide some resistance? If there is NO resistance or way too much, thats an indication of bad compression or a stuck cylinder/snapped belt that's wrapped itself around drive components.

Good luck.
